3. Office use — recorded in LoadLink
The dispatcher enters the mobile number and records this consent in LoadLink under their own name (Roster → Texting consent → Written — signed onboarding form). LoadLink stores the date, time and method of consent, keeps this form with the driver's record, and texts one enrollment confirmation to the driver before any dispatch message. A driver who replies STOP is removed immediately; only the driver's own START re-enrolls after a STOP.
