Program description

LoadLink is a dispatch and delivery-verification platform operated by Musket Advisors LLC. On behalf of the fuel and commodity distributors that use it (“customer companies”), LoadLink sends transactional text messages to their own drivers and dispatch staff:

Load assignments and dispatch instructions (terminal, product, gallons, destination, delivery notes).
A secure link to record a delivery, and confirmation when a delivery record is filed.
Replies from the dispatch office to messages you send.

The program carries no advertising and no marketing content. Participants must be 18 or older and use a United States mobile number.

How you opt in

Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. During onboarding you read, or are read, the disclosure below and give your consent in writing or verbally. Your company’s dispatcher then records your mobile number and your consent in LoadLink.

“I agree to receive dispatch and delivery text messages from Musket Advisors LoadLink on behalf of [your company] at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency varies with dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment. Terms: musketllc.com/sms-terms. Privacy: musketllc.com/privacy.”

LoadLink records the date, time, and method of your consent. You can also enroll or re-enroll at any time by texting START to the number that sends your dispatch messages. After you enroll, you receive one confirmation message (see sample 3).

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with dispatch activity. On days you are dispatched you can expect a few messages per assigned load; on other days you may receive none. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any LoadLink message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Your dispatch office will reach you another way. To re-enroll, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message, or email info@musketllc.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Every message identifies Musket Advisors LoadLink and the company it is sent for. Bracketed fields are filled in per message.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to operate this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our full Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is protected.
